This survey measures a number of characteristics, based on attitudes that lead to productive or counter-productive behaviors. They are all measurements of Call Reluctance®. A few of the several things measured are energy levels, goal levels, and focus. There are an additional twelve characteristics that are measured that include stage fright, social self-consciousness, yielding behaviors, and tendencies toward over-preparation rather than taking action.

This survey measures essentially the same characteristics as the SPQ™ but uses a different language set that is unrelated to sales. It measures the energy, goals, and focus of individuals and their willingness to engage others within an organization or the public, as required by their job.
